Water Fitness 12 years & older* Classes are designed for both men and women. You do not need to know how to swim to take the class. Our instructors are trained and certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Classes are great for weight management, improving flexibility, muscle toning and strengthening. *Children, ages 12-15 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) in the water and must be able to follow instructions without disruption. Open SwimHours*- EffectiveSept. 6 Lined swimsuits are required. Cut off shorts, knit shorts, or mesh shorts are not permitted. Any child not toilet trained must wear a reusable aqua diaper (which can be purchased at the registration desk of the Rakow Center). No type of disposable diapers will be permitted. Saturdays: 1:00-5:00 pm Sundays: 11:00 am-5:00 pm Special Open Swim: Oct. 10 &28 • 11:00 am -3:30 pm

Strengthening & Balance - This class is for core strengthening, balance, and cardio conditioning. Ai Chi - This class is designed to strengthen and tone the body while promoting relaxation, flexibility, increasing metabolism and establishing body-mind connection. Beginner Flexibility & Toning - This class is great for post surgery rehabilitation, orthopedic/neurological conditions, i.e., Scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and TIA. Basic move ments will be taught. Water Cardio & Toning - This low impact class, focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and includes toning and stretching.
