Aquatics

Aqua Babes 6 months-3 years with parent This parent/child program aims to help infants or toddlers become comfortable in and around the water with a parent or guardian. Parents will learn techniques to orient their children with the water and supervise water activities safely. NOTE: All children who are not potty trained must wear reusable aqua diapers (available for purchase at the Rakow Registration Desk). Private Swim Lessons (Month toMonth) All Ages All private lessons are held during various lap swim and/or open swim hours. LESSONS ARE SET UP BASED ON STAFF AND POOL AVAILABILITY. To Register • Email your completed form to meschenbach@dtpd.org • Once we have received your form, the instructor will call you to find a time that works best. Private Lesson (ONE child/adult per 1/2 hour lesson): 1 Lesson 4 Lessons Per Month $30(R)/$36(NR) $100(R)/$121(NR) Private Family Lessons (up to 3 children in the same family) 1 Lesson 4 Lessons Per Month $50(R)/$56(NR) $125(R)/$146(NR) Payment Policy: Please bring payment to your first scheduled private lesson. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice must be given when canceling a private lesson or the client will be charged for the session. Exceptions will be made in cases of emergency, determined by the Aquatic Supervisor. Any child not toilet trained must wear reusable aqua diapers (available for purchase) . Jr. Dolphin Pre-Swim 6-14 years Are you unsure about joining the swim team, but have you been through swim lessons and want something more? Then look no further than our Junior Dolphin Pre-Swim Team. This pre-team will help you build endurance, refine stroke tech niques, and be in a team setting without having the big com petitive team feel. Two time trials are held so that swimmers can see improvements.
