Irish Dance Show Team 5-16 years Show Team is an extension of our weekly Irish Dance program giving dancers the opportunity to grow as individuals and per formers within their community. Dancers will develop leadership skills, confidence, and compassion, while increasing complex Irish Dance skills. The Show Team represents the World School of Irish Dance at local events/performances/parades throughout the year. A high level of commitment is expected of these danc ers. Show team practice wear is white shirt, black shorts, white socks and black ballet shoes. Additionally performance details will be explained at a future parent meeting. Contractual

Adult Tap - Level I & II 18 years & older This fun atmosphere will provide an introduction to tap, focusing on the fundamental footwork and techniques of tap dancing and rhythm. Children are encouraged to wear shorts, T-shirt, white socks and black ballet shoes. 3-8 years First Step Mini’s will be exposed to the fundamentals of Irish Dance, while engaging in an energetic environment. Dancers will learn traditional soft shoe dances (Jig, Reel and Slip Jig). Dancers will learn traditional soft shoe dances (Jig, Reel and Slip Jig), in cluding an introduction to the traditional hard shoe. As the class progresses, children will need black lace up tap shoes. Irish Social 18 years & older Irish Social is designed for adults to enjoy the unique art form of Irish Dance. You do not have to have any Irish heritage or a con nection to Ireland to enjoy the music and graceful movements. Irish Social builds lasting friendships and memories. We invite you to join us today!
