Active Aging - This class is for core strengthening, balance, and cardio conditioning. Ai Chi - This class is designed to strengthen and tone the body while promoting relaxation, flexibility, increasing metabolism and establishing body-mind connection. Deep Well Cardio & Toning: - Participants are suspended in deep water with a flotation belt. Focus is on cardiovascular conditioning as well as toning and stretching. This class is held outdoors and is conducted weather permitting. Water Cardio & Toning - This low impact class, focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and includes toning and stretching.
