☑ Required • Sack lunch • Swimsuit & towel • S igned in/out daily at the Carpentersville Room (lower level of the Rakow Center) by an adult/authorized person • Sign a waiver as needed for certain field trips • A completed Medication and Dispensing Form for children that require medication or use of an inhaler. https://www.dtpd.org/forms ⛔ Not Recommended • The park district is not responsible for personal items and discourages your child from bringing them. Refunds for advanced cancellations will be issued after all expenses have been covered. Location: Rakow Center | 665 Barrington Ave. | Carpentersville Fee Per Day: $55 (Resident) /$75 (Nonresident) * Fee Per Day: if registering for the full week of break weeks : $50 (Resident) / $70 (Nonresident) * Fees increase $5 per day if registering less than 7 days prior to program date. *Circle of Friends participants receive resident rates for School’s Out Club. Does your child have a day off school, but you have to work? Send them to us for School’s Out Club, and they’ll spend an action-packed, fun-filled day in a camp-like setting. They will enjoy a variety of activities, including field trips, arts and crafts, games, and swimming at our indoor pool. Drop-Off: Pick-Up: Between 7:00-8:45 am Between 3:00-6:00 pm

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care. Note: DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards for payment. Additional fees apply for absences without Before and After Care notice, late pick up, and past due accounts.
