ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM

• R egistration (new & returning) must be completed each school year. • SIGNED Registration Form • SIGNED Credit/Debit Form AM or PM or both AM & PM-for Liberty only • O pen Registration for all sites begins at 12:00 am on the morning of June 2 and will close on July 31 at 11:59 pm. • D uring Open Registration, email your forms to COF@dtpd.org or drop off at either of our recreation centers. • E nrollment is determined based on the order of email receipt by Dundee Township Park District. If you drop off your forms at our recreation centers, they will be scanned and processed immediately for order placement. See Registration Desks Hours page 6. • Once registration is processed, an email will be sent from registration@dtpd.org confirming enrollment or waitlist status. Please allow up to 48 hours for this email response. If enrolled, your August payment will be processed. • If a site reaches capacity, a waitlist will be formed. No payment is due to be on the waitlist. • W e will continue to accept registrations in August. However, if a spot is available, the earliest care will be provided for August registrations will be September 2, 2025. Registrations can be submitted after the open registration period. Enrollment will be based on availability. • P ayments from your credit/debit account will be divided equally over 10 months beginning at the time of registration through April. As a reminder, the fees are based on 175 school days divided equally.

This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Care is available at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.
