Circle of Friends Before & After School Care Grades K-5 This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. The staff organizes recreational activities and homework/quiet time to balance the day’s activities Care is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.

2024-2025 Registration Improperly submitted and/or early registrations will not be accepted. Please read below carefully .

• Registration (new and returning) must be completed each school year. • Open registration for all sites begins at 12:00 am on the MORNING OF JUNE 3 and will close on July 31 at 11:59 pm. • Enrollment is determined based on the order of email receipt by Dundee Township Park District. • In order to be considered for enrollment the following must be emailed to COF@dtpd.org • SIGNED Registration Form • SIGNED Credit/Debit Form AM or PM or both AM & PM-for Liberty only Note: If the forms cannot be emailed, please pick up the forms starting May 1, 2024 from either of our recreation centers. Our staff is available to scan the completed forms during the open registration time period on your behalf. Please note registration desk hours. • If a site reaches capacity, a waitlist will be formed. • Once registration is processed, an email will be sent confirming en rollment or waitlist status. Please allow up to 48 hours for this email response. If enrolled, your August payment will be processed. • Note: We will continue to accept registrations in August. However, if a spot is available, the earliest care will be provided for August registrations will be September 3, 2024.
