Each child will need to be signed in and out daily by an adult/authorized person. Please arrive no later than 8:45 am. All children must have a signed waiver in order to participate for certain field trips. Please allow a few minutes to sign the form when dropping off your child. If your child requires medication or the use of an inhaler, please be sure to complete the waiver and/or medication dispensing form. The park district is not responsible for personal items and therefore discourages your child from bringing them. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered.
