Sports Teammate Time

Lil Pint Baseball 3-5 years Bases will be loaded with incredible excitement and fun-filled activities to get your child on deck with the game of baseball. In this non-competitive environment, children will have a ball learning how to hit off a tee, run bases, play catch, and have the opportunity to learn various field positions. Participants should bring their gloves for familiarity. Parent participation is welcomed. A game will be played at the end of each class. Teamwork, participation, and good sportsmanship are stressed. Both boys and girls are encouraged to join this class if they have an interest in soccer and plan to play in the future. A game will be played at the end of each class. Using mini-sized nerf like footballs along with the introduction of flags, players will learn the skills to get them started in foot ball. Along with the core skills of passing and catching, players will learn the rules, positions on the field, as well as strategies for both offense and defense. Games will be played at the end of each class. We will go over the basic skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, goaltending, and positions. There will be weekly progress on the technical aspects of the game. Our speed and agility training session is built to make our participants faster, stronger, and more agile athletes. We use SKLZ equipment for our class which multiple coaches and trainers highly recommend. Games are played at the end of each class. We will enhance the basics you may have learned and advance your skills that will concentrate on more teamwork and game strategies. Our speed, agility, and jump training sessions are built to make participants faster, stronger, and more agile athletes. 2-4 years with parent TEAM-Together Everyone Achieves More! Actively participate in this class with your child as the coach introduces the basics of soccer, basketball, and hockey. While focusing on teamwork, the basics of soccer will be introduced in this playful environment. Games will be included. We’ll be sure to trap the fun! With the use of smaller sized soccer balls, players learn the basic skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, and goaltending. Instructors will work with participants on good sportsmanship, participation, and teamwork. Games will be played at the end of each class. For the first three weeks of class, we will focus on soccer skills and in the second three weeks, we will work on baseball skills. A fun game will be played at the end of each class.
