Level 1 6-12 years This fun, creative class teaches baton twirling and dance fun damentals, including basic twirls, tosses, and dance steps in exciting combinations. Students build hand-eye coordination, musicality, and rhythm through individual skills and routines. 24260-00 April 9-May 21 Th/5:00-6:00 pm $70(R)/$90(NR) RA 6-15 years Advancing from Level 1, this class introduces more complex twirling and dance skills, including finger twirls, high aerials, and challenging rolls. Instructor approval is required to enroll in Level 2. 24261-00 April 9-May 21 Th/6:00-7:00 pm $70(R)/$90(NR) RA 7-18 years In this class, we will be integrating baton work with more intri cate body movements, connecting individual skills into combi nations, learning a variety of receptions, and practicing taking our eyes off of a baton in the air (and still catching it!). Basic Baton Skills for Competition 6-15 years This class is for twirlers who want to start competing in individual events and are enrolled in Level 2 or higher lessons. Students will learn a solo twirling routine and be introduced to the fundamentals of competitive baton twirling. 24262-00 April 9-May 21 Th/7:00-7:30 pm $35(R)/$55(NR) RA 16 years older All experience levels are welcome! Join us for fun and exercise, whether you have never twirled before or are ready to strut your stuff again. Level 1 8-15 years “Toss a flag; catch the fun!” Level 1 is for beginners and those with some color guard experience. Learn flag spinning, tossing basics, and routines to music, building hand-eye coordination and confidence. Grouped by age, students perform a final showcase for family and friends. 24236-00 April 7-May 5 Tu/5:30-7:00 pm $65(R)/$85(NR) RA 9-16 years Level 2 is for students with flag/color guard experience, focusing on intermediate spinning, tossing, dance, and choreography with an emphasis on technique. Taught by Allegiance Color Guard, routines are layered and complex, enhancing skills for marching band color guard.
