Strengthening & Balance - This class is for core strengthening, balance, and cardio conditioning. Ai Chi - This class is designed to strengthen and tone the body while promoting relaxation, flexibility, increasing metabolism and establishing body-mind connection. Beginner Flexibility & Toning - This class is great for post surgery rehabilitation, orthopedic/neurological conditions, i.e., Scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and TIA. Basic movements will be taught. Water Cardio & Toning - This low impact class, focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and includes toning and stretching.

• Reusable aqua diapers (available for purchase at the Rakow Registration Desk for children not toilet trained)
