Child Care

Does your child have a day off school, but you have to work? Send them to us for School’s Out Club, and they’ll spend an action- packed, fun-filled day in a camp-like setting.

Middle school aged children will spend the day doing a community/volunteer event followed by an activity such as swimming at our indoor pool, arts and crafts, games and/or an outside activity. Plan on children to be off-site between 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Please send your child with a sack lunch and a swimsuit and towel. Questions? Call (847) 428-7131. Each child will need to be signed in and out daily by an adult/authorized person. Please arrive no later than 8:45 am. All children must have a signed waiver in order to participate for certain field trips. Please allow a few minutes to sign the form when dropping off your child. If your child requires medication or the use of an inhaler, please be sure to complete the waiver and/or medication dispensing form. The park district is not responsible for personal items and therefore discourages your child from bringing them. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered.
