Child Care

Circle of Friends Before & After School Care Grades K-5 This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Staff organizes recre ational activities along with time for homework. Care is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends. • Both the Registration Form and the Credit/Debit Form are required in order to be considered for enrollment. Please be sure to complete the proper Credit/Debit form (AM or PM). If selecting AM & PM (Liberty only), both AM & PM Credit/Debit Forms must be completed. • Paperwork can be emailed to COF@dtpd.org or dropped off at either of our Recreation Center Front Desks (Rakow or Randall Oaks). • No payment is collected when put on the waitlist. • Notification of an available spot will occur via email approximately 2 weeks prior to the start date. • Registration for the next school year will begin in June and end in July. • Registration is open for the current school year. • Currently all sites are full; registrations received will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care Note: At this time, DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards for payment. Additional fees apply for absences without Before and After Care notice, late pick up, and past due accounts.
