Soccer/Basketball Combo - Sports R Us 3-4 years with parent This program is perfect for little ones who are full of energy and parents who are looking for an introduction to soccer and bas ketball. Parents will be working with their children on develop ing socialization, teamwork, direction following, and key motor skills. Dribbling, shooting, and passing will be some of the skills that the children will learn. The first 3 weeks of class will focus on soccer, while the final 3 weeks will focus on basketball. Beginning Basketball - Sports R Us 6-8 years Boys and Girls alike will enjoy learning the skills to advance them in the world of basketball. Even if you are playing for the first time, or you are a seasoned pro, you will have a ton of fun enhancing your skill level. Through games and drills we will practice drib bling, passing, shooting, positions and the importance of team work. Games will be played at the end of each class. Do you play a lot, or do you play very little? Join us for a non competitive skill development program. We will go over the basic skills of drib bling, passing, shooting, goaltending, and positions. There will be weekly progress on the technical aspects of the game. At the end of each class a game will be played. Using mini-sized nerf like footballs along with the introduction of flags, players will learn the skills to get them started in football. Along with the core skills of passing and catching, players will learn the rules, positions on the field, as well as strategies for both offense and defense. Tot Track & Field - Sports R Us 3-6 years We have found this exciting class to be just what parents need to give their children a positive first step into running and fitness. Participants will learn proper warm-ups and stretching exercises along with fun track and field activities to help build self-confi dence, gross/fine motor skills and overall coordination. On the last day of class they will have a fun track & field meet. Teamwork, participation, and good sportsmanship are stressed. Both boys and girls are encouraged to join this class if they have an interest in soccer and plan to play in the future. Basketball Training Camp -Sports R Us 7-13 years This six-week basketball class will help you get to the next level. We will enhance the basics you may have learned and advance your skills that will concentrate on more teamwork and game strategies. Our speed, agility, and jump training sessions are built to make participants faster, stronger, and more agile athletes. We use SKLZ equipment for our class which multiple coaches and trainers recommend. A scrimmage will be played at the end of each class. Contractual .

Lil Pint Basketball -Sports R Us 5-6 years Slam dunk fun in this pint-sized class. With the use of age appropriate equipment, participants will start building the fundamentals for simple drills. Participants will learn skills in passing, shooting, dribbling, and the rules of the game. Team work, participation, and good sportsmanship are all stressed throughout the class.
