Dreamgirls It is the 1960s where the sound of Motown is on the rise. Meet the Dreamettes, Effie, Deena and Lorrell, three women trying to break their way onto the music scene. When car salesman Curtis Taylor Jr. signs the three singers to a record label, he sets in motion a series of events that will forever change their lives, for better and for worse. Join the Dreamgirls as they navigate the highs and lows of life, love and fame. And remember, all you gotta do is dream. Lunch at Fireside Grille in Sugar Grove is included. Enjoy a plated meal which includes salad, choice of entree (chosen at registration), mashed potatoes, a vegetable, a non-alcoholic beverage and a chocolate sundae for dessert. Approximate running time for Dreamgirls 2 ½ hours. Enjoy a gourmet lunch as we cruise, consisting of Lake Life Stuffed Chicken Breast (chicken breast stuffed with a variety of cheeses, peppers, and served with roasted tomato beurre-blanc sauce), chef ’s choice of vegetable and wild rice pilaf, fresh fruit cup, rolls and butter, apple crumb pie for dessert, and coffee or tea. Vegetarian op tion is available, please request at time of registration. The fee includes transportation, lunch and cruise. Sandwich Fair Since the first Fair held here in 1888, the fairgrounds have provided the perfect showplace for agricultural exhibits and commercial venues. The 185 acres of well-manicured park-like settings, the charming buildings, and the friendly atmosphere improve with age. Enjoy all the various exhibits and competi tions-livestock, sewing, baking, arts and crafts, entertainment and a wide variety of fair foods.
