Circle of Friends Before & After School Care 2022-2023 School Year Grades K-5 This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Staff organizes recreational activities along with time for homework and a snack. Care is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends. For more information, please call Erin at (847) 428-7131 x2205. Registration Begins Monday, June 6 • Registration and credit/debit forms must be emailed to COF@dtpd.org - any time after midnight on June 6. • Enrollment is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: Enrollment is temporarily suspended during the month of August. We will continue to accept registration forms, however, care will not be provided until September 1. Financial Assistance Available The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program.

The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center.

Grades K-5 Keep your children entertained on days off from school with this program! Children will spend the day in a camp-like setting. A variety of activities will be planned for the children including in-house entertainment or field trips, arts and crafts, games, and swimming at our indoor pool. Please send your child with a sack lunch, and a swimsuit and towel. Questions? Call (847) 428-7131. Each child will need to be signed in and out daily by an adult/ authorized person. Please arrive no later than 8:45 am. If your child requires medication or the use of an inhaler, please be sure to complete the waiver and/or medication dispensing form. The park district is not responsible for personal items and therefore discourages your child from bringing them. All activities are pending health and safety guidelines. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered. No refunds will be given when cancellations are made on or after the day of attendance.

Resident Fee: $45/$50 • Nonresident Fee: $65/$70 Online registration is available. All childrenmust have a signedwaiver in order to participate for certain field trips. Please allowa fewminutes to sign the formwhen dropping off your child.
