Level 1 6-12 years Learn baton twirling and dance basics in this fun, creative class! Students will build hand-eye coordination, rhythm, and musicality through full hand twirls, simple tosses, and routines. 14260-00 Jan. 8-March 26 Th/5:00-6:00 pm $120(R)/$140(NR) RA Expand on Level 1 skills with advanced twirls, high aerials, releases, catches, and challenging rolls. 14261-00 Jan. 8-March 26 Th/6:00-7:00 pm $120(R)/$140(NR) 7-14 years In this class, we will be integrating baton work with more intricate body movements, connecting individual skills into combinations, learning a variety of receptions, and practicing taking our eyes off of a baton in the air (and still catching it!). Jazz shoes are required for this class. 14263-00 Jan. 7-March 25 W/6:00-7:00 pm $120(R)/$140(NR) RA 6-14 years This class is for twirlers who want to start competing in individ ual events and are enrolled in Level 2 or higher. Students will learn a solo twirling routine and be introduced to the funda mentals of competitive baton twirling. 14262-00 Jan. 8-March 26 Th/7:00-7:30 pm $60(R)/$80(NR) RA 6-18 years This competition team is open to anyone enrolled in Level 2 or higher. We will learn a dance twirl routine that will be performed at three competitions, including State and Regionals in June and July. Fun-tastic Flag Spinning Workshop 8-16 years Toss a flag, catch the fun! Learn basic flag spinning and tossing with Allegiance Color Guard in this begin ner-friendly workshop. Equipment is provided. Wear athletic clothes and bring water. Optional performance opportunity on January 24 and free admission to a color guard competition on Sunday, February 22. at Jacobs HS. Students grouped by age/experience.
