Download the Before and After School Care Registration Form @ https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care • Both the Registration Form and the Credit/Debit Form are required in order to be considered for enrollment. Please be sure to complete the proper Credit/Debit form (AM or PM). If selecting AM & PM (Liber ty only), both AM & PM Credit/Debit Forms must be completed. • Paperwork can be emailed to COF@dtpd.org or dropped off at either of our Recreation Center Front Desks (Rakow or Randall Oaks). • No payment is due to be on the waitlist. • Notification of an available spot will occur via email approximately 2 weeks prior to the start date. • Registration for the next school year will begin in June and end in July. Circle of Friends Before & After School Care Grades K-5 This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Staff organizes recre ational activities along with time for homework. Care is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends. • Registration is open for the current school year. • Currently all sites are full; registrations received will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care

Winter Break Zoo Camp 9-14 years

Middle school aged children will spend the day doing a community/volunteer event followed by an activity such as swimming at our indoor pool, arts and crafts, games and/or an outside activity. Plan on children to be off-site between 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Please send your child with a sack lunch and a swimsuit and towel. Questions? Call (847) 428-7131. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered. Don’t sit around this winter break. Get out and have some fun by making new animal and people friends! Visit with rabbits, cows, goats, lizards, and chickens. Make art, play on the zip lines at the “Hidden Playground,” and feed lots of animals! Bring a lunch and a drink, and dress for the weather. We will be outside every day.
