Fishing Pole Rental You can now rent Spincast reel and rods from the Rakow Center during front desk hours. A $5 refundable deposit per fishing pole is required. Your deposit is refunded when you return the pole. The 48-hour rental is first-come, first-served. If you are over the age of 16, remember that you need a valid fishing license (visit https://www2. illinois.gov/dnr), and don’t forget your bait.
