Beehive: The 60’s Musical Celebrate the powerful female voices of the 1960’s with such timeless hits as “My Boyfriend’s Back,”“Be My Baby,”“Son of a Preacher Man,” and “Me and Bobby McGee.”Told from the per spective of six young women who come of age in this enigmatic decade, BEEHIVE takes us from their first Beehive Dance to the challenges we faced as a nation. Adults 50+ years are invited to take trips together to enjoy new experiences, special events, restaurants, performances, and some overnight trips to exciting locations. We often explore the city of Chicago, suburban areas, and even nearby states. Our trips happen year-round, so take a look and get ready to explore with us! Accessibility or Accommodation Requests If you require special accessibility or accommodations for any trips, the request must be provided to the district prior to registering for each trip that you would like to go on. Cubs Game - Chicago Cubs vs. Detroit Tigers Cost includes a ticket to the game and transportation only. No meal is included. There is a moderate amount of walking with this trip and stairs to get to our seats located in Section 225 rows 17-19. Tickets will only be available via the MLB Ballpark app. You will need it to have the app downloaded on your phone. Sox Game - Chicago White Sox vs Royals The fee includes transportation, a ticket to the game in Section 116 Rows 32-37, a buffet lunch and Bingo. Lunch consists of fried chicken, Cajun chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs, various salads, unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks while on the patio. There is a moderate amount of walking on this trip. Tickets will only be available via the MLB Ballpark app. You will need to have the app downloaded on your phone.
