Walking Club Put on those walking shoes and join us as we explore local spots once a month, May-October. Transportation is provided by Park District vans. Please bring a water bottle for these hikes. We will walk rain or shine! If it does rain, we will find a place inside to walk. On October 6, we will meet at 9:30 am, leave the AAC at 10:00 am for our walk. Afterward, we will have lunch together to celebrate completing the program. The walking club dates are: 5/5, 6/2, 7/7, 8/4, 9/8 and 10/6/2025. 29539-00 May 5-Oct. 6 The first Monday of the Month/7:30-10:00 am* $35(M)/$40(NM) AAC CATS Inspired by T.S. Eliot’s poetry, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical CATS delves into identity and redemption with memorable songs like “Memory.” Light on dialogue, it features captivating dance and music, winning Tony Awards for Best Musical and Best Original Score. Lunch at Fireside Grille with your choice of grilled chicken, meatloaf, Mediterranean pasta, or tilapia, with sides and dessert included. 29560-00 May 21 W/10:15 am-5:00 pm* $103(M)/$111(NM) AAC Holy Cow....Tales from the Cubs Bob Ibach and Tony Garofalo, former Cubs colleagues from the 1980s, share unforgettable behind-the-scenes stories from baseball, football, basketball, and hockey. Their anecdotes, often untold, promise laughter and emotional moments, revealing the hidden side of sports. Attendees will enjoy a hot dog lunch with chips and a non-alcoholic beverage while hearing these unique experiences. The last day to register is Monday, April 7. 29563-00 April 14 M/10:00 am-2:00 pm* $10(M)/$15(NM) AAC Let’s Tour the Chicago North Shore This cultural tour begins with a visit to the stunning Bahá’í House of Worship and Gardens. Afterward, we’ll enjoy lunch at Buck Russell’s, and we’ll conclude the day exploring the Mitchell Museum of the American Indian. Lunch choices are a North shore turkey club, Uncle Billy (corned beef w/swiss, pickles and spicy mustard), Caprese (vegetarian), Blackened chicken Caesar wrap or a garden Salad - choice of blackened chicken or tuna salad as protein(optional). 29564-00 May 15 Th/8:45 am-3:45 pm* $77(M)/$85(NM) AAC
