Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assis tance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care. Download the Before & After School Care Registration Form @ https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care • SIGNED Credit/Debit Form AM or PM or both AM & PM-for Liberty only • Email your forms to COF@dtpd.org or drop off at either of our recreation centers. • No payment is due to be on the waitlist. • Notification of an available spot will occur approximately 2 weeks prior to the start date. • Registration for 2025-2026 school year enrollment begins June 3, 2025. • R egistration (new & returning) must be completed each school year. • Registration is open and all sites are currently full, however paperwork is being accepted to be added to the waitlist. • To be considered for enrollment, the following forms must be completed: • SIGNED Registration Form
