U13 Oaks PGA JLG 8-13 years* Each week a different rules, etiquette, course management, or skill will be discussed. Some weeks juniors will work purely on skill development, while other weeks they will have supervised on-course play. Players in this league will also have official matches held in the evenings. These matches will be contested against other teams within the Oaks PGA Junior Golf League. Players will have an opportunity to make the season ending “All-Star” team based on their performance. The best “All-Star” team in the mid-west has the opportunity to compete against the best teams in the country in the PGA Junior League Nation al Championship. Your entry fee includes: golf, team shirt & hat, staff supervision, facility usage, and prizes. Cannot be 14 prior to 8/1. This “crash course” in the fundamentals will get them ready to impress their coach es come tryouts! Women’s Intro To Golf This program is centered on fundamental elements of the game making it perfect for beginning players and players with moderate experience. We know the game of golf can be intimi dating. Through this program our PGA Professional staff will not only teach you the proper technique, we will put you at ease with all elements of the game. We will show you where to go when you arrive, which clubs you should use, the etiquette you should follow, how to drive a golf cart, etc. It is our goal to pro vide a memorable experience and a fun learning environment for all involved. If you have your own set of clubs we encourage you to bring them to each session, if not, no problem just let us know and we can provide them for you.
