Child Care

Circle of Friends Before & After School Care 2022-2023 School Year Grades K-5 This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Staff organizes recreational activities along with time for homework and a snack. Care is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.

Grades K-5

Keep your children entertained on days off from school at School’s Out Club! Children will spend the day in a camp-like setting. A variety of activities will be planned for the children including in house entertainment or field trips, arts and crafts, games, and swimming at our indoor pool. Plan for the children to be off-site between 9:00 am- 3:00 pm. Please send your child with a sack lunch, and a swimsuit and

• Registration is open for the current school year. • Currently all sites are full but paperwork is being accepted for the waitlist. • Both the Registration Form and the Credit/Debit Form are required in order to be considered for enrollment. Be sure to complete the proper Credit/Debit form (AM or PM). If selecting AM & PM (Liberty only), both AM & PM Credit/ Debit Formsmust be completed.

an inhaler, please be sure to complete the waiver and/or medication dispensing form. The park district is not responsible for personal items and therefore discourages your child from bringing them. All activities are pending health and safety guidelines. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered. No refunds will be given when cancellations are made on or after the day of attendance.

School’s Out Club is held at the RakowCenter.

Resident Fee: $50 ^ /$55 Nonresident Fee: $70^/$75 ^ Register early and save by the enrollment date. Online registration is available.

All children must have a signed waiver in order to participate for certain field trips. Please allow a fewminutes to sign the formwhen dropping off your child.

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/child-care/circle-of-friends/
