• Online registration (new & returning) must be completed each school year. • Registration is open with a start date of September 2 if your school site has openings.

• Enrollment is determined based on the order of online entry and is not based on residency status for the district or previous year(s) of enrollment. • Prior to registration update/create your online household account. • You must include first name, last name, birthdate, and incoming school grade Kindergartners (Grade 0.50), First Grade (1.00), etc. of any child you want to enroll.

Circle of Friends (COF) provides a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Staff organizes recreational activities during the program. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for families in temporary need to participate in the Before/After School Care program. Applications are available at both the Rakow and Randall Oaks Recreation Centers and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care. Completed applications, along with all required supporting documents, must be submitted in person due to the sensitive nature of the information. Note: DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards or state funding for payment. Additional fees may apply. See the Circle of Friends Parent Guide for details at https://www.dtpd.org/ before-after-school-care. $25 late fee. See the Parent Guide for additional fees. • E nrolled families receive a monthly email with important program updates, procedures, policies, and reminders. • R egistration is accepted year-round, but only those enrolled during Open Registration are guaranteed care on the first day of school. • If your child is enrolled, your card will be charged the first month’s fee plus a $40 registration fee per child. You will receive a receipt and enrollment email. • Financial assistance applicants must register and pay the first month in full; approved adjustments will be credited to future payments. • Waitlists are reviewed monthly. If a space becomes available, a supervisor will contact you approximately two weeks before your child's anticipated start date. Enrollment is contingent upon a timely response. If a response is not received by stated deadline, the spot may be offered to the next family on the waitlist. • P ayments are automatically processed on the first business day of each month.
