• R egistration (new & returning) must be completed each school year. • Registration is currently open with a start date of September 2 if your school site has openings. • Registrations can be submitted any time during the school year. • I n order to be considered for enrollment, email your forms to COF@dtpd.org or drop off at either of our recreation centers.

Parents/Guardians

Circle of Friends (COF) provides a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.

No fee is due until enrollment. You will be contacted by Erin Weingart via email from eweingart@dtpd.org when a spot becomes available. Payment will be due at time of enrollment acceptance. • P ayments from your credit/debit account will be divided equally over 10 months beginning at the time of registration through April. The fees are based on 175 school days divided equally.

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care. Note: DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards or state funding for payment. Additional fees may apply.
