Circle of Friends Before & After School Care Grades K-5 This program is committed to providing a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. The staff organizes recreational activities and homework/quiet time to balance the day’s activities Care is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.

2024-2025 Registration Improperly submitted registrations will not be accepted. Please read below carefully .

• Registration (new and returning) must be completed each school year. • R egistration is currently open with a start date of September 3 if your school site has openings. • Enrollment for the 2024/2025 school year will be temporarily suspended during the month of August. Note: We will continue to accept registrations in August. However, if there is a spot available, the earliest care will be provided for August registrations will be September 3, 2024. • Email your registration and credit/debit form to COF@dtpd.org or drop off at either of our recreation centers. • In order to be considered for enrollment the following must be dropped off or emailed to COF@dtpd.org • SIGNED Registration Form • SIGNED Credit/Debit Form AM or PM or both AM & PM-for Liberty only • If a site reaches capacity, a waitlist will be formed.

Financial Assistance Available: The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applica tions are available at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center and online at https://www.dtpd.org/before-after-school-care Note: At this time, DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards for payment. Additional fees apply for absences without Before and After Care notice, late pick up, and past due accounts. Grades 6-8 School’s Out Club-Middle School is held at the Rakow Center, where children will spend the morning doing a community/volunteer event followed by a field trip in the afternoon. Plan for children to be off-site between 9:00 am 3:00 pm. Please send your child with a sack lunch and a swimsuit and towel. Questions? Call (847) 428-7131. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered.
